RENTAL GEAR RETURNS

• Gear must be returned during store business hours (9:30-6:00pm).
  

• Gear must be returned SAND FREE
  Please rinse off gear before you leave the beach! Gear that is
  NOT rinsed prior to return is subject to a $3 fee per customer.
  

• The Security Fee will be charged if...
  -Rental gear is lost, or otherwise not returned at all.
  -Gear other than our Hurricane Alley gear is returned.
  -Gear is damaged due to negligence.
  

• How the Security Fee works
  -Gear is checked when it is removed from the gear bag. if you would like to be present while the gear is checked, please wait for the sales clerk to be available.
  -The fee that will be charged is calculated on a per item basis. Please check one of the Rental Fee Sheets posted throughout the store for these fees.
  -The Security Fee does not replace the Rental fee.
  -When you sign the Rental Ticket, you are agreeing to all of the above.
